The Young Investors Club organised a Financial Awareness Programme titled “Financial Awareness for a Secure Tomorrow” on 28 September 2026 at the MCA AV Hall for newly joined faculty members. The programme aimed to create awareness about financial literacy, digital banking safety, banking products and services, and life and health insurance.
The programme commenced with a prayer, followed by the Welcome Address by Dr. Deepak G, Assistant Professor and Head. The Inaugural Address was delivered by Dr. M. Pitchaimani, Principal, SAASC, followed by the felicitation by Dr. Sridharan G, Dean – Life Sciences, SAASC. The Special Address was delivered by Mr. Mohanrangaraj R, Manager – Branch Head, The Karur Vysya Bank Ltd., Manachanallur Branch, who shared valuable insights on financial awareness, banking services, digital banking safety and insurance.
The session provided the participants with practical knowledge to understand financial services and make informed financial decisions. Overall, the programme was successfully conducted with active participation from the newly joined faculty members.
At this juncture, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our respected College Secretary & Correspondent, Principal, Senior Vice Principal, and Vice Principal for their constant encouragement, guidance and support.
