Teaching Strategies for Gen Z Learners



We are pleased to inform you that Day 1 of the Training and Faculty Interaction Programme, held on 06.08.2026, was successfully conducted.
The forenoon session for the final-year students was delivered by the distinguished resource persons Ms. Priya Narayanan, Rtn. Selvaraj Ranganathan, and Rtn. HariPrasad Jyothi, Corporate Trainers and Soft Skills Coaches. The session witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 502 students, who actively engaged in the training on confidence building, adapting to changes, teamwork, workplace etiquette, and problem-solving.

The afternoon Faculty Interaction Programme, organized in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), was attended by faculty members from the Arts stream. The session focused on “Teaching Strategies for Gen Z Learners”, providing valuable insights into innovative teaching methodologies, effective classroom engagement, and learner-centric approaches to meet the expectations of today’s students.

We express our sincere gratitude to the Management, Secretary & Correspondent, Principal, IQAC, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and all participants for their wholehearted support in making the programme a grand success.
