Knowledge Enrichment Programme (Alumni Guest Lecture) on “Effective English Communication Skills for the Workplace”

The Pegasus Literary Association of the Department of English, in collaboration with the Andavan Alumni Association, organized a Knowledge Enrichment Programme (Alumni Guest Lecture) on “Effective English Communication Skills for the Workplace” today.

Dr. V. Upendran, Vice Principal, delivered the Presidential Address. Dr. V. Raman, Dean of Arts, and Dr. A. Arun Prakash, Head of Social Work and President of the Alumni Association, felicitated the event.

Mrs. S. Karthiga (BA English 2010–2013), BT Assistant, Sree Vaijayanthee Vidhyalaya, delivered the Keynote Address, highlighting the importance of effective workplace communication, common spoken English errors, and practical tips for improvement.

Mr. R. Kaviya Priyan (II M.A. English) welcomed the gathering, and Mr. S. Gopinath (I M.A. English) proposed the Vote of Thanks.

We sincerely thank our Management, Secretary and Correspondent, Principal, Vice Principals, and Dean of Arts for their constant support. We also thank the IMF and the system team for their technical assistance.

Effective Public Speaking – EPS 2025

The Junior Jaycees Wing of Srimad Andavan Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli) in association with JCI Rocktown organized a one-day training programme on “Effective Public Speaking – EPS 2025” The programme was inaugurated with a Presidential Address by Dr. M.
