The program aimed to motivate students to develop a positive mindset, enhance self-confidence, and manage stress effectively in both academic and personal life.

*Objectives of the Program*

1. To create awareness about the importance of positive thinking in achieving personal and professional goals.

2. To equip students with techniques to overcome negative thoughts and challenges.

3. To enhance mental well-being, focus, and productivity among students.

Effective Public Speaking – EPS 2025

The Junior Jaycees Wing of Srimad Andavan Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli) in association with JCI Rocktown organized a one-day training programme on “Effective Public Speaking – EPS 2025” The programme was inaugurated with a Presidential Address by Dr. M.
