Junior Jaycees Inauguration and Training Programme on “Fearless Speech” on 11 August 2026 at Sri Varaha Mahadesikan Hall.

Respected Sir/Madam,

The Junior Jaycees Wing of Srimad Andavan Arts & Science College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli, in association with JCI Rocktown, successfully organised the Junior Jaycees Inauguration and Training Programme on “Fearless Speech” on 11 August 2026 at Sri Varaha Mahadesikan Hall.

The programme was graced by Dr. M. Pitchaimani, Principal, SAASC, who delivered the Presidential Address. Dr. S. Vignesh, National Trainer, Vanylatica India, served as the Resource Person and conducted an inspiring training session on “Fearless Speech”, motivating students to develop confidence, effective communication and public-speaking skills.

As part of the inauguration, badges were distributed to the Junior Jaycees members by the Principal and the Resource Person, marking their formal association with the Junior Jaycees Wing.

The gracious presence and support of the Special Invitees added great value to the programme. The event marked an important step towards nurturing leadership, communication, confidence and personality development among students.

Effective Public Speaking – EPS 2025

The Junior Jaycees Wing of Srimad Andavan Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli) in association with JCI Rocktown organized a one-day training programme on “Effective Public Speaking – EPS 2025” The programme was inaugurated with a Presidential Address by Dr. M. Pitchaimani, Principal, SAASC, who emphasized the importance of communication skills for academic excellence and career development. The Chief Guest, JFM Er. N. Gajendran, Zone Vice President, JCI India Zone – 23, motivated the students by highlighting the role of public speaking in leadership and personal growth. The Guest of Honour, JCI Senator K.
