Dhana Vidhaan Association Inauguration & Knowledge Enrichment Programme

Today the *Department of B.Com. Bank Management & B.Com. Corporate Secretaryship* organized the *"Dhana Vidhaan Association Inauguration & Knowledge Enrichment Programme"* on *"The 4C Framework: Unlocking Potential, Inspiring Excellence"* at Sri Varaha Mahadesikan Hall.

The programme commenced with the Welcome Address delivered by *Dr. M. Manimekalai* , Head, Department of B.Com. BM & B.Com. CS. The Presidential Address was delivered by *Dr. M. Pitchaimani* , Principal, who emphasized the importance of skill development in shaping students' future. The programme was further enriched by the Felicitation Address of *Dr. K. Subha* , Dean of Commerce and Management.

The event continued with the *Investiture Ceremony* , during which the newly elected office bearers of the Dhana Vidhaan Association were formally introduced and honoured with their badges.

The session was delivered by *Dr. R. Marie Sheila, Professor of Commerce, SRM Arts and Science College, Tiruchirappalli* . She highlighted the significance of the four essential competencies and explained how these skills enable students to unlock their potential, overcome challenges effectively and achieve excellence in both their personal and professional lives. The session offered valuable insights that inspired students towards continuous learning, teamwork, and lifelong success.

Effective Public Speaking – EPS 2025

The Junior Jaycees Wing of Srimad Andavan Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli) in association with JCI Rocktown organized a one-day training programme on “Effective Public Speaking – EPS 2025” The programme was inaugurated with a Presidential Address by Dr. M.
