We are pleased to share that a student orientation programme on “AI & ML using Python,” supported by IITM-Pravartak, was successfully conducted today. Welcome Address: Dr. V. Upendran, Vice-Principal, warmly welcomed the gathering.
Dr. M. Pitchaimani, Principal, delivered the inaugural address, emphasizing the critical need for skill enhancement and advanced training in Artificial Intelligence. Ms. Ramya Vasudevan, Director – CSR and Admin at IITM-Pravartak, Chennai, delivered a special address.
She highlighted the importance of using technology effectively while raising awareness about the environmental impacts of its misuse. Mr. Raman Narasimhan, Senior Consultant at IITM-Pravartak, Chennai, led the core orientation session, providing students with in-depth insights into AI and Machine Learning. Dr. P. Prakash, Co-ordinator of the IITM-Pravartak team, concluded the event with a vote of thanks. We extend our sincere gratitude to our Secretary and Correspondent for providing this wonderful opportunity to equip our students with the skills demanded by the industry today.
