Today the Department of Management organized the Inauguration of the Student Association "Prabandha Samiti" along with a Knowledge Enrichment Programme on the theme "Create. Innovate. Lead."
The gathering was then addressed by Dr. M. Pitchaimani, Principal, who delivered the Presidential Address, highlighting the importance of student leadership, innovation, and academic excellence. Mr. Deepak G, Head, Department of Management, who encouraged students to actively participate in departmental activities and develop professional competencies.
An Investiture Ceremony was then conducted, during which badges were presented to the newly elected office bearers of Prabandha Samiti Student Association, officially entrusting them with their responsibilities for the academic year.
The highlight of the programme was the Knowledge Enrichment Lecture on "Create. Innovate. Lead." delivered by Dr. G. Sivanesan, Professor and Director, Jamal Institute of Management,. The resource person emphasized the significance of creativity, innovation, entrepreneurial thinking, leadership qualities, and continuous learning in today's competitive business environment. He encouraged students to think beyond conventional boundaries, embrace challenges, and cultivate the skills necessary to become successful managers and responsible leaders.
