Health and Wellness Programme for the faculty and staff


Andavan Yogalaya of Srimad Andavan Arts and Science College (Autonomous) successfully organized a Health and Wellness Programme for Faculty and Staff on the theme "Yoga – A Success Journey to Health and Happiness."
The programme was graced by the esteemed resource persons Mr. V. Gopalakrishnan, Ms. G. Meenakshi, and Ms. M. Alli, who delivered enlightening sessions on the origin, significance, and benefits of yoga. They emphasized the importance of incorporating yoga into our daily lives to promote physical health, mental well-being, and inner peace.

The faculty members actively interacted with the resource persons and enthusiastically participated in the practical (meditation) sessions . The programme inspired the participants to adopt yoga as a regular part of their daily routine. A total of 113 faculty and staff members benefited from this programme.

On this occasion, we express our heartfelt gratitude to our College Management, Secretary and Correspondent, Advisor, Principal, Vice-Principals, Deans, Heads of Departments, and all Faculty Members for their constant encouragement, support, and guidance, which made this programme a grand success.
