Enrichment programme on 'Disconnect to Reconnect' on 8th July 2026.

We are delighted to share that the Andavan Counseling Center of our college successfully organized a Knowledge Enrichment programme on 'Disconnect to Reconnect' on 8th July 2026. The esteemed speakers, Ms.Sarayu and Mr.R.Nithyaroopan, Psychologists from Happy Mind Counselling Club actively engaged the students through participatory exercise, helping them understand the impact of excessive digital device usage and importance of reconnecting.

The event received well by our Arts department students.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our Secretary and Correspondent, Principal, Sr. Vice Principal, Vice Principals, Deans, HoDs,class incharges and non-teaching staff for their unwavering support, which made this event a great success.

Effective Public Speaking – EPS 2025

The Junior Jaycees Wing of Srimad Andavan Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli) in association with JCI Rocktown organized a one-day training programme on “Effective Public Speaking – EPS 2025” The programme was inaugurated with a Presidential Address by Dr. M. Pitchaimani, Principal, SAASC, who emphasized the importance of communication skills for academic excellence and career development. The Chief Guest, JFM Er. N. Gajendran, Zone Vice President, JCI India Zone – 23, motivated the students by highlighting the role of public speaking in leadership and personal growth. The Guest of Honour, JCI Senator K.
