The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of our college successfully commenced the Career Guidance Programme on Tally for the final-year undergraduate students of Commerce and Management today.
The programme began with an Orientation Session, inaugurated by the resource persons from Datacubes—Mr. P. Ganesh Kumar, Mr. Sanjeev Marimuthu, Mr. V. Rajendran, and Mr. Jay Vikash—who will be conducting the Tally training programme. The session was attended by students of B.Com., B.Com(CA), BBA, and BBM.
The orientation focused on creating awareness about career opportunities, enhancing employability skills, and emphasizing the significance of acquiring Tally proficiency to improve students' career prospects.
Dr. K. Subha, Dean of Commerce and Management, formally welcomed and introduced the resource persons to the students. In her address, she highlighted the importance of career readiness, industry-oriented skill development, and the value of Tally certification in enhancing employability.
The programme was graced by the presence of the Placement Head, Heads of the Departments, and Placement Coordinators, who motivated the students to actively participate in the training and make effective use of this valuable career development initiative.
