*For Candidates Passed* (NATS Apprenticeship):

• Stipend: ₹17,500/- per month

• Attendance Incentive: ₹1,500/- per month

• Total: ₹19,000/- per month

• Canteen Charges: ₹100/- per month

• Two times food provided inside the company

• Duration: 1 Year

• Welfare: Free uniforms and safety shoes

• Shift allowance and Deepavali ex-gratia

• Guidance will be provided to arrange rooms (walkable distance from company)

• Main personal expense: Room rent and one time food

*For Candidates with Arrears:*

• Salary: ₹14,950/- per month

• ESI & PF eligible
