Vasagar Vattam programme

 On the basis of MoU with Government Branch Library Thiruvanaikaval, Sri Hayagreeva Pusthakaalaya organised Vasagar Vattam programme today. Dr.Lakshmi Nandhakumar, Counseling Psychologist Trichy spoke about "Manadhodu Uravaadu". 



She delivered an insightful talk on self confidence development, mental well-being and positive mind development. She highlighted practical methods to build confidence, and encouraged participants to adopt optimistic thinking.
