ITC Foods manufactures iconic brands such as Sunfeast Biscuits, YiPPee! Noodles, Bingo! Chips, and Aashirvaad Atta using advanced modern machinery. The Viralimalai facility proudly maintains a workforce with 75% women, promoting inclusivity and empowerment.

📌 Program Details (NAPS – National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme):

🔹 Role: NAPS Trainee (Machine Operator)

🔹 Tenure: 1 Year

🔹 Eligibility: B.Sc. (Basic science and life sciences)

🔹 Gender: Male & Female

🔹 Stipend: ₹15,608 per month

🔹 Shift: Rotational shifts

🔹 Welfare Facilities: Transport, Canteen, Occupational Health Centre, Wellbeing Centre & Crèche
