Today (20.02.2026), the Anti-Drug Club and Anti-Ragging Cell of Srimad Andavan Arts and Science College(Autonomous) jointly organized an awareness program for students.
At the event, *Mr.V.Seetharaman* Assistant Commissioner of Police, Srirangam Range was the Chief guest and delivered a special address highlighting the harmful effects of drug addiction among students and creating awareness about ragging.
The Anti Drug club Coordinator Ms.V.Lalitha Devi delivered the welcome address.
The Principal, Dr.M.Pitchaimani, delivered the presidential address. Vice Principals conveyed their felicitations. Dr.R.Palanikumar proposed the vote of thanks.
The undergraduate students participated in the event and benefited from the program.
