Integrating Yoga into Daily Life for a Drug-Free Society.


The Andavan Yogalaya – Health and Wellness for Youth Orientation Programme was successfully conducted today. The theme of the programme was “Integrating Yoga into Daily Life for a Drug-Free Society.”
The presidential address was delivered by Dr. R. Krishnan, Vice Principal, who highlighted the importance of yoga in promoting physical, mental, and social well-being among youth.

We were honoured to have Mrs. M. Alli and Mrs. G. Meenakshi, Heartfulness Yoga Trainers, as our special invitees. Their sessions were highly informative and inspiring for the participants.

I sincerely thank our Secretary and Principal Sir for granting permission to organize the programme and for their continuous support and encouragement.

I also extend my heartfelt thanks to our Mentor, Dr. S. Lakshmi for her valuable guidance.

The programme was successfully conducted with active participation and positive feedback from the students.
