Awareness programme


The Gender Champion Club of our college organized an awareness programme on 17th  December, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at  Sri Varaha Maha Desikan Hall, marking the successful inauguration of the club’s activities.
Dr. R. Ravi, Assistant Professor,Department of Social Work, Bishop Heber College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli, was the Chief Guest for the event. He delivered an enlightening talk on “Role of Youth in Gender Equality,” emphasizing the crucial role of young people in promoting gender justice and equality in society."

The programme was formally felicitated by Dr. K. Suba, Dean of Commerce and Management.  The office bearers were selected and badges were subsequently issued to them.

The session proved to be highly informative and beneficial, offering valuable insights to the students. The programme witnessed active participation of more than 100 students, contributing to its overall success.

On this occasion, we express our sincere gratitude to the Management, Secretary and Correspondent, Advisor, Principal, Senior Vice Principal, Vice-Principals, Controller of Examinations, Deans, IQAC Coordinator, and Heads of the various Departments for their continued guidance, encouragement, and support.
