World Food day

Department of Biotechnology and Unnat bharat Abhiyan were jointly organized an extension activity  to UBA adopted village school students regarding importance of "World Food day",on 4th November at Govt high school premises, thalakudi. 
The event was inagurated  by  vice principal Dr G. Jothi who insisted the students about the impact of food on health.  Dr R. Krishnan, Vice principal  felicitated the gathering and created awareness about the side effects of junk foods.   Competitions such as drawing and elocution were conducted to school students.
 Senior vice principal and vice principal appreciated and rewarded  the winners and  the event was ended with vote of thanks by Dr. P. Prakash, UBA coordinator.
