International Microorganism Day 2025

The Department of Microbiology successfully commemorated *International Microorganism Day 2025* with a knowledge enrichment program on "*The Interdisciplinary World of Bioinformatics: From Genes to Data"* by *Dr. A Sudha*, Assistant Professor, Department of Biotechnology, *Dr. Umaiyal Ramanathan College of Arts and Science for Women,* Karaikudi. 
A total of 89 students attended and benefited from the lecture. The event was a great opportunity for students to learn about the latest developments in bioinformatics and its applications.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Management, Secretary, Advisor, Principal, Senior Vice Principal, Vice Principals, and Dean of Life sciences for their constant encouragement and support throughout our endeavors.
