HR Panel Discussion


We are pleased to inform you that today 16 students from the Second Year BBA of our Department actively participated in the HR Panel Discussion organized by M.A.M. Business School, Siruganur, Tiruchirappalli,. The session, convened by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), featured esteemed industry experts.
The discussion provided valuable insights into Employee engagement, HR strategies, operational challenges, and learning & development practices in the corporate world. Students were highly benefitted by the interaction, which enhanced their understanding of contemporary HR trends and industry expectations.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Management for encouraging and supporting student participation in such industry-focused programs, which contribute significantly to their professional growth and experiential learning.
