Organ Donation Awareness Programme on the occasion of World Organ Donation Day.

The Rotaract Club of Srimad Andavan Arts and Science College, in association with the Rotary Club of Srirangam, jointly organized an *Organ Donation Awareness Programme* on the occasion of *World Organ Donation Day.* The event was held today, *12/08/2026,* at 10:00 a.m. in the college AV Hall.

The programme was inaugurated by our Principal, Dr. M. Pichaimani. The Chief Guest for Blood Donation Awareness was *Rtn. Dr. S. Prabhakaran* *(Uyir Thuli* , *Blood Centre and Blood Research Centre* ), and the Chief Guest for Eye Donation Awareness was *Rtn. Subha Prabu* , *Administrator, Joseph Eye Hospital* , and *Assistant Governor 2025–2026, RID 3000* . Both dignitaries delivered insightful addresses, effectively raising awareness about blood and eye donation among the student community.
We express our heartfelt gratitude to our Secretary, Advisor, Principal, Senior Vice Principal, Vice Principals, Deans, and Heads of Departments for their constant support.
