79th Independence Day Celebrations

*Greetings from Nation First Club and Kalapradharshini Cultural Wing* 

We are delighted to share that the Nation First Club and Kalapradharshini Cultural Wing jointly organised and successfully concluded the *79th Independence Day Celebrations* with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour.

The programme commenced with the Welcome Address by Dr. G. Uma, COE, followed by the hoisting of the National Flag and other Independence Day proceedings, accompanied by the NCC and NSS contingents. This was followed by the Special Address delivered by our *Chief Guest, Thiru. M. Palaniyandi, Hon’ble Member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, Srirangam Constituency.* 
The SAASC Student Council Badge Distribution Ceremony was then held to honour the newly appointed members. The formal proceedings concluded with the Vote of Thanks proposed by Dr. R. Palani Kumar, Head, Dept. of Mathematics.

The celebrations continued in the college auditorium with vibrant cultural performances presented by the students of Kalapradharshini Cultural Wing, SAASC, and Sree Vaijayanthee Vidyalaya. The stage came alive with a spectacular array of dance, music, and dramatic presentations, each beautifully capturing the spirit of patriotism and paying tribute to our freedom fighters and cultural heritage.
The event was graced by our Principal, Senior Vice Principal, Vice Principals, Deans, Heads of Departments, and faculty members. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Honourable Secretary and Correspondent for providing all the necessary facilities and hosting a delicious breakfast for faculty members and student participants.

Our sincere thanks to the management, Respected Secretary and Correspondent, Advisor,Principal,Vice Principals, Deans, HOD's, faculty members of Sree Vaijayanthee Vidyalaya & SAASC, NCC & NSS officers,PRO, non-teaching staff, and students for their wholehearted cooperation in making this celebration a grand success.
